It doesn’t take long for boredom to kick in, and then the project I’m putting off starts looking pretty darn good. But doing laundry, texting a friend, taking five minutes to stretch… that’s all off the table. With this technique, it’s 100% guilt-free and acceptable to stare at the wall.
